Service conditions
MOVUM terms
The rules for using MOVUM as a professional, client, or organization and the limits of the platform.
1. Service and eligibility
MOVUM organizes nutrition, training, habit, follow-up, communication, file, and statistics workflows. Professionals are independent and responsible for their credentials, services, decisions, and communications.
MOVUM is not a medical or emergency service, does not diagnose or prescribe, and does not guarantee physical, clinical, athletic, or business outcomes.
2. Accounts and relationships
Registration information must be accurate. Each person protects their credentials and is responsible for authorized activity. A client shares information only with professionals or teams linked through visible permissions.
3. Professional responsibilities
Profile verification is not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee by MOVUM.
- Follow the laws, standards, and scope of the profession.
- Maintain credentials and obtain required consent.
- Review plans, alerts, and suggestions before use.
- Do not delegate clinical or safety decisions to automated features.
4. Content and acceptable use
Illegal, abusive, deceptive, non-consensual intimate, harmful, or rights-infringing content is prohibited, as are malware, impersonation, unauthorized scraping, and access to another person’s data.
Users retain rights in uploaded content and grant the MOVUM operator a limited license to host, process, back up, and display it only to operate the service and follow instructions.
5. Subscriptions, availability, and termination
The iOS 1.0 app is a free companion for accounts created outside the app and contains no purchase flow, prices, or external purchase links.
We may improve or retire features with reasonable notice when a paid service is materially affected. Accounts may be suspended for serious violations, risk, or legal requirements.
A user may request deletion in Settings. MOVUM closes pending web checkout sessions, cancels associated web billing, and removes billing-customer data.
6. Liability and changes
The service is provided as available and within the limits allowed by applicable law, without restricting non-waivable consumer rights.
The final governing law, jurisdiction, dispute process, and commercial terms require legal approval before commercial launch.
